In early 2011, I had a vision for a conference that would be unlike any other. An invite-only, exclusive gathering of the most impressive people I’d met in my decade+ as a speaker. It was described as an “Iron Sharpens Iron” event. One where students and young professionals would be inspired and motivated by each others’ actions, dreams, and desires. What I found after attending so many other conferences was that you had some people that were there for the socializing, a few that were there for the content, and a very very select few who were there to challenge themselves, make contacts for their future, and grow personally and professionally. Succeed Faster was ONLY for the last group. I envisioned having a room full of “ringers”. Our Succeed Faster alumni group comes from nearly every part of the United States, and from over 5 different countries. It’s a diverse group of entrepreneurs, thought leaders, visionaries, and absolute standouts in every sense of the word. Our next event is heading back to Chicago in July 2013.
